Abstract (en)
The boot has a connecting strap (15) with a rigidity at least equal to that of the wall of the ankle piece (2). The strap is fixed rigidly at either side of the opening in the boot and in the upper part of the latter to prevent reciprocation of the sides and to assure a continuity of the upper to the ankle piece. Adjustable fixings (18,19) are placed between the strap and the ankle piece to vary the spacing of the walls of the opening and to adjust the position of the strap relative to the ankle piece transversely relative to the longitudinal axis (9) of the latter. the lower part of the opening is at the lower part of the ankle piece at the zone between the base of the leg and the ankle for supporting the boot.

L'invention concerne une chaussure de sport à tige montante (2) qui se ferme à l'aide de dispositifs de serrage (4) pour son maintien sur le bas de jambe du porteur et qui comporte un dispositif d'ajustement (12) d'une portion de son pourtour destiné à modifier le périmètre d'enveloppement de la tige (2) indépendamment des dispositifs de serrage (4). Le dispositif d'ajustement (12) présente un élément de liaison (15), de rigidité au moins équivalente à celle de la paroi de la tige (2), qui se fixe rigidement et uniquement de part et d'autre d'une échancrure (14) pour bloquer réciproquement les bords de cette dernière et assurer une continuité du bord supérieur (13) de la tige (2), des moyens de fixation (18, 19) étant prévus réglables pour varier l'écartement des bords de l'échancrure (14) dont la partie inférieure (17) est située vers la base de la tige (2) dans la zone correspondant à celle de transition entre le bas de jambe et la cheville du porteur de la chaussure. <IMAGE>
