Abstract (en)
The machine prepares self adhesive labels by processing plain material strip supplied on two reels (1,13) and with parallel process paths (27,28). In one path (27) the labels are printed via several colour print stations (3-8) and coated e.g. laminated (11). In a parallel path (28) a backing strip (16) is coated with a release layer (17) followed by an adhesive layer (18). The two strips are brought into contact (20) and the labels cut (24). The grid material (21) surrounding the labels is then pulled off and the label strip (25) wound onto a reel (26). The adhesive can be applied in a manner of ways including spray coating, sing various adhesives. For continuous label strips the material is printed and coated on one side followed by adhesive coating on the other side.

Beschrieben wird eine Maschine zur Herstellung von Etiketten, wobei die vollständige Etikettenproduktion in einem einzigne Maschinendurchlauf geschieht, wobei folgende Herstellungsstationen zeitlich nebeneinander oder nacheinader durchlaufen werden: Abwicklung, Druckwerk, Veredelung, Lackierstation, Klebestation-, Aufwicklungen. <IMAGE>
