Abstract (en)
The profiled parts forming the floor are made of extruded, light metal. They are coupled together along at least one inner connecting position. The floor is fitted with the profile end joining members and with hangers. The profiled parts contain a long seam, butting assembly regions without welds, screws and rivets. The mutually allocated assembly regions at both profiled parts have stacked compression faces, supporting the operational and mounting forces, which they also transfer, with the forces orthogonal to the main forces. The profiled parts may have partial beam and weld-free assembly structures.

Der Gerüstboden (45) hat in seiner Längs-Richtung orientierte Bodenprofilteile (51, 52), die als Leichtmetall-Strang-Preß-Profilteile ausgebildet sind und die längs wenigstens einer Innen-Verbindungsstelle miteinander verbunden sind. Ferner weist der Gerüstboden (45) Endverbindungsmittel für seine Bodenprofilteile und Einhängehilfsmittel auf. Die Bodenprofilteile (51, 52) enthalten Längsnaht-Stoß-Fügebereiche, die als schweißfreie, schraubfreie und nietfreie Einhänge- und Hintergreif-Fügestrukturen ausgebildet sind. Gemäß einem alternativen Lösungsgedanken ist der Gerüstboden (45) mit zwei längsorientierten Strang-Preß-Profilteilen gebildet, die bis auf die Fügestruktur gleich gestaltet sind. Dabei ist im Längsrandbereich jedes Bodenprofilteiles (51, 52) ein integriertes, hochkant orientiertes Kastenprofil ausgebildet. Ferner sind im den inneren Verbindungsbereich des Gerüstbodens (45) bildenden Innenrandbereich jedes Bodenprofilteiles (51, 52) sind Eingriffsprofilgestaltungen vorgesehen, die zusammengefügt ein Kastenprofil mit Hochkantorientierung bilden. <IMAGE>
