Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0736733A2] The air outlet of the ventilator (3) and the air inlet of the duct (7) have a thin diaphragm (29) between them. The diaphragm is of a thermally insulating material which is relatively rigid. The centre of the diaphragm is pierced by a calibrated opening (31) to allow passage of a controlled amount of blown air (D1) which is guided by a circuit (6) towards the burners. Around the calibrated opening the diaphragm has a plane surface (33) to deflect back a part of the airflow towards the ventilator. The diaphragm can be inserted between flanges on the joint.
