Abstract (en)
The electrical connector has a moulded plastic housing (7) that is formed with a matrix of chambers that each receive a contact and connection element. The elements allow external connections to be made at each end and also to cables inserted from the side. Each element (1) is a metal pressing with a blade contact (2) at one end and a pair of spring contacts (5a) at the other that receive an inserted blade in. The centre section has a pair of spring arm contacts (4a) sized to penetrate the insulation on a cable (3) that is inserted through a transverse hole (7d) formed in the block.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein in einer Kammer eines Kunststoffgehäuses anzuordnendes, aus einem ebenen Blechstanzteil gebogenes elektrisches Kontaktelement 1 in Schneidklemmtechnik einer Kabelsteckverbindung, wobei Doppelschneidklemmenpaare zwischen ihren elastisch auseinanderbiegbaren Klemmschenkeln 4a einen Einführschlitz für die Schneidklemmkontaktierung eines elektrischen Kabels bilden, dessen elektrischer Leiter von einer Isolierung umgeben ist und wobei ein freies Ende des elektrischen Kontaktelements 1 als Flachmesser 2 zum Einstecken in eine Kupplung ausgebildet ist und daß an dem dem Flachmesser 2 gegenüberliegenden freien Ende des elektrischen Kontaktelements 1 Gabelfeder- oder Blattfederpaare zur Aufnahme eines Kupplungssteckers ausgebildet sind. <IMAGE>
