Abstract (en)
The procedure allows for changing products in an installation for projecting a coating product. A conduit (2) supplies a projector (3) with the product. The operation includes a phase of filling the conduit with a new product, whilst the downstream end (T,P) of the conduit is kept closed. The system includes an arrangement of valves (B,B',T,P) enabling the conduit to be filled after evacuation of air from the conduit via a purge valve (P). Supply of the new product is controlled by one of a number of colour valves (C1-n). A flow meter (4) determines the quantity of product to be introduced into the conduit during the filling phase.

Procédé de changement de produit dans une installation de projection de produits de revêtement comprenant un conduit (2) d'alimentation d'un projecteur (3) avec ledit produit, du type comprenant une phase de remplissage dudit conduit avec un nouveau produit caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité aval dudit conduit est maintenue fermée (T,P) pendant ladite phase de remplissage. Le dispositif comprend un agencement de vannes (B,B',T,P) disposé de façon à permettre le remplissage du conduit en isolant l'extrémité aval du conduit de l'extérieur et un débitmètre (4) apte à déterminer la quantité de produit introduite dans le conduit lors d'une phase de répartition postérieure à la phase de remplissage. <IMAGE>
