Abstract (en)
A method for treating, esp. pre-treating or dyeing, made-up textile pieces entails placing them in a goods carrier set in a pref. lockable cylindrical container to be brought in contact with treatment liquor and the carrier moved. They are laid in a pile and the container is filled with just enough liquor pumped in such a way that the pieces are moved, esp. whirled, in the flowing liquor. Also claimed is appts. (1) where a connecting drive moves the goods carrier, a pump (17) and circulation system (16, 18) supply the liquor and the carrier (3) is placed capable of release in the container (2) so its circular base (10) is parallel to the container standing area.

Es werden eine Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von konfektionierten textilen Teilen, insbesondere zum Vorbehandeln und/oder Färben, beschrieben, bei dem die zu behandelnden konfektionierten textilen Teile in einem zylindrischen oder zylinderartig ausgebildeten Warenträger, der in einem vorzugsweise verschließbaren Behälter vorgesehen ist, angeordnet und dort mit einer Behandlungsflotte in Kontakt gebracht werden, wobei der Warenträger während der Behandlung innerhalb des Apparates bewegt wird. Hierbei werden die konfektionierten textilen Teile als Haufwerk in dem Warenträger angeordnet. Während der Behandlung wird der Behälter nur so hoch mit Flotte gefüllt und die Behandlungsflotte wird derart durch den Warenträger gepumpt, daß die konfektionierten Teile durch die in dem Warenträger strömenden Behandlungsflotte verlegt und insbesondere verwirbelt werden. <IMAGE>
