Abstract (en)
The packaging system forming a packaging unit to be actuated using an essential modular square component to be assembled in line spaced on the pipes which comes transversally to act the containment and the support of the same self-alligned pipes with integrated setting to minimum overall dimensions. Said component foreseen two different supporting cross-bars to be placed in parallel spaced with the pipes: the bearing cross-bars A to be placed on the bottom and on which the blocking screwing means (12) are screwed, and the cross-bars B to put in superimposition with the pipes to the packaging unit is over. Ending the assembly the unit is blocked by screwing of the nuts (15) on the upper part of blocking screwing means and the loading unic C are inserted. Said clutch to be arranged hoisting and bending on each end of the cross-bar A each loading unic C so inserting its blocking part (18) into the recess part (4) of the cross-bar A. The loading unit C is blocking in constraint condition initally actuating the introduction of the shaped flask (30) on the outside upper end of the channel iron (17), bringing in lowering said flask (30) so introducing its lower clutch part (33) into the channel (26) of the metallic mold (25) whereas the square (31) of the flask (30) come to lay on the base (21) of the channel iron (17). In this condition the constraint condition is determined by screwing of the nuts (16) onto the upper ends of the blocking screwing means (12). <IMAGE>
