Abstract (en)
The spraying device has an annular insertion component in the supply line. An inlet channel (10) comes out into an annular chamber (7) in this component. There are several outlet channels (9) from the annular chamber to the supply flow. The inlet channel is tangential, so that the annular chamber becomes a turbulence or circulation chamber. The outlet channels are spaced uniformly round the annular chamber and lead to the internal boring (8) of the insertion component. The input apertures of the dividing channels are close to the bottom of the annular chamber. These channels are angled inwards and come out in the internal boring of the insertion part.

Die Beigabevorrichtung weist ein ringförmiges Einsatzteil bzw. einen Grundkörper (1) mit zentraler Innenbohrung (8), einer Ringkammer (7) mit zur Innenbohrung (8) führenden Auslasskanälen (9) und einem tangential in die Ringkammer (7) führenden Einlasskanal (10) auf. Dank der tangentialen Anordnung des Einlasskanals (10) wirkt die Ringkammer (7) als Wirbel- bzw. Zirkulationskammer, welche eine optimale Verteilung des beizugebenden Materials über alle Auslasskanäle (9) gewährleistet. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
