[origin: EP0738807A2] The metal support bracket (10) which enables masonry trim panels (12,14) to be bolted at right angles to each other has a profiled grip surface (28,30) at each end, and elongated fitting holes. The clamping plates (32,34) have correspondingly profiled grip surfaces to provide a non slip grip when secured by threaded fasteners (36,38) over the elongated holes. The brackets are strengthened by bracing stays (54) secured between support tags which are similarly gripped by the clamping plates.
