[origin: EP0739826A1] The closure consists of a fixed component (3) which attaches to the container (2), and a dispensing member (4) which is able to move relative to the fixed component and comprises axial and radial (25) sections with an outlet (13). The dispensing member can be set in two different positions - a retracted position inside the cap and a deployed position in which its outlet projects from it - by means of a control member (6). The control member comprises an outer ring (12) mounted on the fixed component of the cap so it can rotate relative to it, and a drive member (7) connecting the ring to the inner moving dispensing member (4). The axial section of the dispensing member has two interacting spiral surfaces (26, 27) by which it is raised and lowered as it moves between deployed and retracted positions.
