Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0739836A2] The lift has a frame (1) with a slide (5) to which is connected a fork or trough (4) accommodating a pallet (12) supporting a stack (20) of sheet like material. On opposite sides of the stack are blowers (8) which blow air between the sheets of the upper stack, upon which is lain at least one retainer. A power unit (7) is located in the lift slide, and raises and lowers the blowers. Two horizontal guides (6) are connected with the lift slide, adjustably accommodating the power unit on a cross traverse. The guides connect this traverse securely within them.
