Abstract (en)
The container has a rigid elongated tubular body (2) open at one end and with an inner space for an applicator (8). It comprises a rod (11) with an applicator tip (9) on one end and a holder (12) on the other which also acts as a cap for the container. The container neck is formed by an insert (5) with a collar (7), a threaded outer section (6) for the cap and an inner section with a small hole to scraper surplus material from the applicator tip as it is withdrawn. The product is held inside the container in a pouch (4) with a flexible wall which is subject to atmospheric pressure when the applicator is in use. The pouch can be attached to the end wall of the container by a projection on its base, and it can also be equipped with a reinforcing element to limit its deformation. It is made, for example, from a complex material such as polyester-aluminium-polyethylene, polyester-ceramic-polyethylene, or polyester-aluminium powder-polyurethane-polyethylene.

L'invention est relative à un dispositif (1) de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit de maquillage, comportant un corps rigide tubulaire allongé (2) ouvert à une extrémité et apte à contenir dans un espace intérieur ledit produit de maquillage, un applicateur (8) apte à être logé dans ledit corps, cet applicateur comportant une tige (11) munie à une extrémité d'un élément d'application (9) de produit de maquillage et solidaire à son autre extrémité d'un élément de préhension (12) constituant en même temps un capuchon apte à fermer l'ouverture du corps dans laquelle est engagé l'élément d'application, un rétrécissement de section étant formé dans ledit corps pour l'essorage de l'élément d'application lors du retrait de l'applicateur, le dispositif comportant une paroi mobile (4) délimitant au moins partiellement ledit espace intérieur (18) et capable de se déplacer en réponse à une variation de pression dans ledit espace provoquée par le retrait de l'applicateur. La paroi mobile est soumise extérieurement à la pression atmosphérique lors de l'utilisation du dispositif. <IMAGE>
