Abstract (en)
A rotary offset printing machine has print cylinders (4) that have a coating of a colour carrying material and these are in contact with elastomer cylinders (3). The surfaces are cleaned by a process that removes all particles from the print relief pattern on the surfaces. This process has cleaning stations (7,8) in which a cleaning fluid is directed at the surface along the length. Each station has high pressure spray nozzles supplied by a combined pumping and suction system. The spray heads are located in an enclosure to prevent dispersion of the fluid.

Um eine komplette Reinigungsanlage für farbübertragende Zylinder innerhalb einer Rotationsdruckmaschine zu schaffen, mit dieser ein reaktives Löschen von farbführenden Schichten, inklusive die Entfernung von Füllmaterialien von einer Tiefdruckform, und eine Reinigung aller Form- und Übertragungszylinder von Farbe während des Druckvorganges oder in Druckpausen möglich ist, ist für jeden beliebigen farbübertragenden Zylinder 3, 4, 12, 14 eine eigene Löscheinrichtung 30 bis 36 vorgesehen, mittels dieser ein unter Druck stehender Wasserstrahl auf die jeweilige Manteloberfläche richtbar ist, derart, daß einerseits alle Farbreste entfernbar sind und andererseits ein reaktives Löschen von farbführenden Schichten, inklusive Füllmaterialien von einem Tiefdruckformzylinder, durchführbar ist. <IMAGE>
