Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0741103A2] The device has a turning element (16) for the material length, and a feeder element (17) near it. A guide element (3,5) next to the turning element passes the front end of the length around the element. The front end is supported on e.g. a continuous turning belt (3), and is moved to the feeder element. Guide and turning elements form a funnel-shaped intake for the front end. The turning belt is esp. pivoted relative to the turning element. The belt moves over three pulleys (8,9) and one belt section presses against the turning element.
