Abstract (en)
The fitting has an anti-siphon device (1-3) set below the level of the upper edge (22) of the bath. The anti-siphon device is in the form of a free flow stretch (2) of at least 20 mm laterally off-set above a drain funnel (14) or next to the overflow hole (20) between the back of the bath tub and its tile cover. The mixer supply nozzle and the re-entry or diversion bore (8) are set at the end of the free flow section so that when the water is sucked back from the filled bath through the re-entry or diversion bore the supply nozzle lies outside of the returning water stream. The axes of the nozzle and bore corresponding to the flow direction of the water are angled at about 30 deg. to each other.

Kombinierte Badewannen-Ein- und Überlauf-Garnitur, zum Mischen von Heiß- und Kaltwasser, mit Einstellmöglichkeit der Mischwassermenge und vorzugsweise Umschaltung von Wanne auf Dusche, mit einer Mischwasser-Zufuhr zur Badewanne unter deren oberen Rand, mit einer Absicherung (1,2,3,7,8,9,30,31,23) gegen Rüchsaugen, die ebenfalls unter dem Niveau des oberen Badewannenrandes (22) angeordnet, eine über einem Ablauftricher (14,34,15), vorzugsweise, seitlich versetzt, hinter bzw. neben dem Überlaufloch (20) zwischen Badewannen (21)- Rüchseite und deren Fliesenverblendung (33) angeordnete, in der Atmosphäre (22,33) liegende, freie Fließstrecke (2) von vorzugsweise mindestens 20 Millimetern, ohne bewegliches Teil, ist, wobei die Mischwasserzufuhr-Düse (1) und die Wiedereintritts- bzw. Ableitbohrung (8,11,12,39,9), am Ende der freien Fließstrecke (28), so eingerichtet sind, daß bei einem Rückfliesen, bzw. Rücksaugen des Wassers aus der gefüllten Badewanne (21), über die Wiedereintritts- bzw. Ableitbohrung (8,11,12,39,9), die Zufuhr-Düse (1) außerhalb der rückfließenden Wasserströmung liegt. <IMAGE>
