[origin: WO9521235A1] The description relates to solid, paste or liquid preparations of washing and cleaning agents, especially textile washing agents, which adjust to the neutral or alkaline pH range in aqueous mixture and contain other usual auxiliaries and additives. According to the invention, these mixtures contain boric acid esters of saturated and/or unsaturated and alkoxylised monovalent alcohols with 8 to 22 C atoms in addition to or instead of at least part of the non-ionictensides. Suitable boric acid esters contain, in particular, boron and alkoxylised fatty alcohols in the molar proportions of 1:1 to 1:3, preferably around 1:2. The modified washing and cleaning agents of the invention are especially suitable for textiles having enzyme-specific soiling.
