[origin: EP0742061A1] The winding device draws a wire from a supply and feeds it through a wire guide to a cutting device before bending it via at least one bending roller (28) and a cooperating pushing tool (30). A servomotor (22) is coupled to a cam disc (24), acting on the end of a pivoted lever (26) supporting the bending roller at its opposite end, with a second servomotor (35) rotating a second cam disc (34), acting on a linearly displaced rod (32) supporting the pushing tool at its free end.
