Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0742319A2] Track system for rail vehicles includes a pair of sound-absorbent side pieces (30, 30') to the rail bed, extending upwards and pref. to a level above the underside of the rail vehicle. The side pieces are mfd. from concrete or asphalt using sliding shuttering. Pref. the side pieces are cylindrically curved with a radius of curvature of 35-150 cm, more pref. 40-80 cm, partic. pref. 60 cm. An additional sound-absorbent coating (36) may be applied to the side pieces using sliding shuttering on the completed side piece. Also claimed is a process for mfr. of the side piece using a rail-bound sliding shuttering arrangement to apply a porous compsn. with about 30% pores.
