Abstract (en)
The extinguisher distributor head is attached to the open upper end of the reservoir containing the extinguishing product, with a gasket (4) engaging in an annular groove (3) to ensure a complete seal. The inner (5) and outer (6) edges of the groove each include a cut-out portion (7,8) at one side. The cut-out in the inner edge wall of the groove is smaller than that in the outer wall. Different sizes of cut-out are employed for different sizes and capacities of extinguisher.

Les bordures (5, 6) de la gorge annulaire (3) dans laquelle est positionné le joint (4) assurant l'étanchéité entre la tête de distribution (1) et le réservoir, sont chacune creusées d'une échancrure (7, 8) de part et d'autre du joint, l'une en face de I'autre.
