[origin: EP0743253A1] The aerosol can filling process is for a can with two chambers sealed from each other. There is a pressure container (12) and valve dish (10), a valve spring (26) and valve body (24) in a riser tube holder (20) sealed to the valve dish, and an inner bag (28). The first chamber is filled through an aperture of the container with pressurised inert gas. The aperture of the container is then closed, and the second chamber is filled through the valve with foaming gel. The container is first filled with the inert gas through the upper aperture. The valve dish carrying the riser tube holder and the inner bag is then connected to the container.
