[origin: EP0743254A1] The filling device has a filling tube (3) with a material outlet end (6) in the vicinity of one endface (16). There is a cutting head (22''') at the end, which can turn about a common central longitudinal axis (12). A knife (27''') is attached to the cutting head, but can be removed from it and exchanged. The knife should pref. consist of spring steel wire. It may be fixed in grooves running radially to the axis in the cutting head. It may be laid in longitudinal grooves running parallel to the axis, with an angled radial-tangential holding sector.
