[origin: EP0743453A2] The casing wall comprises at least one groove for a blocking vane (21), pressed by a spring against the peripheral face (11) of the rotor (7) containing control faces (13) separated by separating sections. The periphery of the rotor face is so formed that the number of control faces exceeds that of blocking vanes. Pref. the number of control faces is greater by 1. Typically the rotor has three control faces and there are two blocking vessels. The width of the separating section, in peripheral direction, is slightly larger than the spaces in front and behind the blocking vanes.
