[origin: EP0744250A2] The drive-in device has a housing with valve chamber containing a valve piston (24) which has axially aligned through bores (37) through which extend connecting webs (44). These connecting webs are connected at one end to a sealing ring (42) on the underneath (38) of the valve piston and at the other end to a damping ring (43) on the top side (40) of the piston. The sealing ring and/or damping ring project slightly over the underneath and/or top side of the piston. The valve piston has on the underneath and/or top side shoulders (39,41) supporting the sealing ring and damping ring at the side. The distance between the shoulders increases towards the underneath and/or top side.
