The cutting device has a cutting cylinder (8) with cutting blade (13) wherein the blade at least during the cutting process is mounted to execute a cutting movement running approximately radial relative to a rotary axis (7) of the counter cylinder (4). The cutting cylinder support (3) rotates at one speed (n3) and the cutting cylinder (8) mounted on same and having at least one cutter (13) rotates at a speed (n8) in opposite direction. The speed (n8) of the cylinder corresponds to the sum of the speeds of the cylinder support and counter cylinder.
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Schneidvorrichtung zum Querschneiden von laufenden Bahnen (28) besteht die Aufgabe darin, Verschleiß einer Schneidleiste (16) und auf ein Schneidmesser (13) wirkende Biegekräfte zu minimieren. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch Schneidmesser (13) erreicht, die während des Schneidvorganges eine radial auf eine Drehachse (7) eines mit Schneidleisten (16) versehenen Gegenzylinders (4) verlaufende Schneidbewegung ausführen. <IMAGE>
