The carrier carries at least one binding cylinder (11) with its binding head (22) rotating at a different speed (n11). A bending horn (29) inside the carrier acts as a clamp on the binding heads. An internal surface (31) of the bending horn is parallel to the turning axis (6) of the binding cylinder (11).
