Abstract (en)
The tray, made from a rectangular cardboard blank, has a bottom (1) on which are hinged four lateral faces (2,3,4,5). The bottom has pre-cut lines (26,27,28,29) leading to each of the bottom corners which enable cutting out of the bottom and making the container flat. On either side the intersection of the pre-cut lines are two bottom sectors (31,33) each have a gripping hole (25). Each of the transverse faces (2,3) have two end flaps (6,7,8,9). These flaps are hinged on corresponding folding lines on the vertical edges of the erected tray (10,11,12,13). There are outward projecting tenons (14,15,16,17) astride these folding lines and notches (18,19,20,21) in the lower part of the transverse faces and the end flaps. The longitudinal faces have corresponding notches. The bottom corners are indented. When two trays are superposed, the tenons of the lower tray fit in the notches and the indentations of the upper tray bottom in order to guide and wedge the trays together.
