[origin: EP0745718A2] Fire-resistant lining material (I), comprising (A) textile sheet(s) and (B) powdered fire retardant(s) and/or additive(s) fixed on by means of (C) a fusible polymer with a bonding temp. below the softening temp. at least of the supporting fibres in (A). Also claimed is a process for the prodn. of (I), by forming a textile sheet, spreading on (C) and (B) (either simultaneously or with (C) followed by (B)), and applying heat and/or pressure so that (C) softens and melts to form a good bond between (A) and (B).
