[origin: EP0745750A1] The window has two glass panels joined together with spacers and seals between their inner surfaces. One inner element (17) is attached to the panels by butyl joints (19), for example, separated from an inner spacer frame member (15) by a polysulphide elastomer strip (18). The inner spacer frame member (15) has elastomer seals (21) between it and the glass panels, and is attached to an outer surrounding frame (14) by fixing screws (16). The outer glass panel (20) of the window can be larger than the inner one, with its edge overlapping part of the surrounding frame.
