[origin: EP0747550A1] This invention is particularly related to the technological field of external solar protections. Existing extendible sun blinds are provided with an adjusting system allowing an inclination of max. 45 DEG . This operation is to be performed separately for each of the two arms. The novelty consists in making the square bar (1) acting as a support for the arms (2) (with no adjusting system) no longer a static element, but a support capable of rotating around its own axis, thus allowing an inclination of up to 90 DEG . This result is obtained through a rotating device which directly operates the square bar (1) allowing the blind to be orientated. This innovation helps the final user of this product, who can obtain the best shielding depending on his/her own requirements, the seasonal period, or else according to the amount of solar irradiation. <IMAGE>
