Abstract (en)
A component has a mechanical wear resistant, electroplated coating with at least one first metal layer (3) contg. homogeneously distributed nano-particles (4) which are chemically and physically combined with wear and/or friction reducing material pref. based on surface-active chemical cpds. Pref. the cpds. are either bipolar natural chemical cpds (soaps, esp. stearates, oleates, palmitates or laureates) or synthetic cpds. such as sulphonic acids (esp. toluenesulphonic acid or laurylsulphonic acid), amino alcohols or polyalcohols. Also claimed is a process for producing wear resistant electroplated coatings on components. The process involves: (i) introducing nano-particles (4) into a constantly stirred first electroplating bath; (ii) introducing particles of a surface active cpd.-based material for accumulating on these nano-particles; (iii) introducing the component (1) into the bath; (iv) carrying out electroplating; and (v) removing the component pref. for transfer to a second electroplating bath for complete coverage with a metallic cover layer (5).

Es soll ein Teil (1) mit einer galvanisch aufgebrachten, gegen mechanischen Abrieb beständigen Beschichtung geschaffen werden, welches vergleichsweise einfach herzustellen ist, wobei die Beschichtung so ausgelegt ist, dass sie, wenn sie als Komponente einer Kontaktanordnung eingesetzt wird, eine zusätzliche Schmierung derselben unnötig macht, und ein einfaches Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser galvanisch aufgebrachten Beschichtung anzugeben. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass in mindestens eine metallische Schicht der Beschichtung homogen verteilte Nanopartikel (4) eingelassen sind, welche mit mindestens einem, den Abrieb bzw. die Reibung reduzierenden Stoff chemisch-physikalisch verbunden sind. <IMAGE>
