Abstract (en)
The door comprises a central layer between covering ones, together with an edge running round it on three sides. The edge has a profiled portion protruding outwards, and also a tongue by which it is fixed in a groove between the covering layers or which is formed in the central layer, particularly by gluing. Alternatively, the groove can be in frame members fitting between the covering layers. Drillings can be provided in the edge for hinges or lock components, and the edge can have a core of chipboard, plywood, metal, solid wood or plastics.

Ein glattflächiges Türblatt (10) mit einer Mittellage (12), beidseitig der Mittellage (12) vorhandenen Decklagen (14) und einer dreiseitig umlaufenden Falzeinheit (16), zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß dreiseitig umlaufend eine vorgefertigte Falzkantenprofileinrichtung (20) vorhanden ist, die einen nach außen überstehenden Profilbereich besitzt, in den die Falzeinheit (16) mit Falzkantenkontur eingeformt ist, und die Falzkantenprofileinrichtung (20) eine Federeinheit (24) aufweist, die in einer zwischen den Decklagen (14) oder in der Mittellage (12) vorhandenen Nut (26) befestigt, insbesondere verleimt ist. Die Profileinrichtung für ein Türblatt ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als einsatzfertige Falzkantenprofileinrichtung (20) ausgebildet ist, die einen Profilquerschnittsbereich mit einer Falzeinheit (16) mit Falzkontur besitzt und ein Profilquerschnittsbereich mit einer Federeinheit (24) vorhanden ist, die in einer an einem Türblatt vorhandenen Nut (26) befestigbar, insbesondere verleimbar, ist. Mit der Profileinrichtung ist eine einfache und kostengünstige Fertigung von Türblättern auch für Kleinserien ohne großen apparativen Aufwand möglich. <IMAGE>
