[origin: WO9519907A1] A saddle with a pneumatic suspension has a stiff skeleton (2) with a top seating layer, a hoop (1) and a pneumatic spring (3). A pneumatic damper (3) with at least one valve (31) is fitted inside the lower side of the skeleton (2) and a guiding element of at least one guiding mechanism (L) is fitted on the lower side of the skeleton (2). The skeleton (2) is slidingly linked and guided by the pneumatic damper (3) and the guiding mechanism (L) to a hoop (1). The middle part of the hoop (1) forms a supporting surface that rests against the lower elastic part of the casing of the pneumatic spring (3) and that is pressed inside the casing in its loaded state.
