Abstract (en)
A trigger actuated pump sprayer has a coaxial elongated stem (43) within the discharge barrel (27) of the sprayer extending at its downstream end (46) into a part (45) of the fixed discharge nozzle (32) and extending at its opposite end outwardly of the pump body (10). A control knob or handle (49) in engagement with the opposing end (46) of the stem, accessible externally of the pump package, is provided for regulating the discharge pattern upon rotating the stem or shifting the stem axially relative to the fixed nozzle (32). <IMAGE>
