Abstract (en)

At least the cavities (34) are filled with at least one filling material of different properties or composition. The cavities or projections (35) are formed on one upper side (33) of the basic body (32). A pressure component (26) comprising at least two relatively adjustable pressure bodies (27,28) is moved into the mould (21) filled with under-concrete, thus pre-forming the basic body. After pre-forming the basic body, a second pressure body (28) is moved parallel in relation to the first pressure body and is so adjusted relatively that lower edges (36,37) of both pressure bodies lie in a plane at the height of an upper side (38) of the projections.

Abstract (de)

Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren sowie der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung werden mit einer geometrischen Oberflächengestaltung versehene Formlinge geschaffen. Zur Vorformung eines Grundkörpers (32) und damit zum einbringen Vertiefungen (34) und/oder Vorsprünge (38) in den Grundkörpern wird ein Druckelement (26) aus mindestens zwei relativ zueinander verstellbaren Drückkörpern (29,30) in die Form (22) hineinbewegt. Die gebildeten Hohlräume (34) werden mit einem Füllmaterial (39) derart gefüllt, daß die gesamte Oberseite des Grundkörpers mit dem Füllmaterial (39) bedeckt ist. Durch anschließendes vollflächiges Entfernen des Füllmaterial bis in die Bereiche der Vorsprünge (38) entsteht in einfacher Weise das gewünschte Oberflächen-Muster des Formlings. <IMAGE>
