Abstract (en)
The process packs delicate products, such as chocolates, in individual packaging, as well as grouping these in a surrounding package. Cups (2) are used for the individual packaging, and these are placed on openings (5) in a supporting sheet (1), or are set into them at a shallow depth. A product (10) is placed in each cup, and the latter is then set deeper into the opening. The filled cups may be set so far into the openings, that the opposing regions of their upper edges (8) are brought into contact with one another, and this may also be so far that the thickest part of the product is below the plane of the sheet.

Beim Verpacken von empfindlichen einzelnen Produkten wie etwa Pralinen (10) in einer größereren Umverpackung werden die Produkte häufig in sogenannten Cups aus Papier in der Umverpackung (3) abgelegt. Um dabei jedes einzelne Produkt möglichst gut geschützt und dennoch leicht entnehmbar in der Umverpackung zu deponieren, wird vorgeschlagen, Cups (2) und eine zugehörige Trägerplatte (1) zu verwenden, die so gestaltet sind, daß beim Absenken der Cups mit dem eingelegten einzelnen Produkt in die Öffnungen (5) der Trägerplatte (1) sich die Wände (14) des Cups oben gegeneinander annähern und damit der Cup oben weitestgehend geschlossen ist. <IMAGE>
