[origin: EP0750076A1] The heat insulating building element may act as a structural component. It may include the reinforcement bars (2-4) projecting in the direction of the overhanging outer part which have at least one spacer (5) which holds the outer part at a distance from the insulation body (1). The spacer has a vertical outer surface which serves as the form for the face side of the outer part facing the insulation body. The spacer has an angled support (6) in the pressure region of the outer part.
