Abstract (en)
The concrete foundation (14) has a recess (15) for accommodating the low-pressure steam turbine, esp. the lower part (7) of its outer housing (1). The housing is formed as a steel casing for the concrete foundation. Bearing positions (10) are provided on both sides with corresponding support bearings (11) for the turbine rotor. A condenser is connected laterally to the outer housing. The dividing plane (8) of the upper and lower parts (6,7) of the outer housing is located at the height of the axis (9) of the turbine rotor (4) and the concrete foundation extends to this plane. Both the lower part of the outer housing and the bearing positions of the turbine rotor are fixed in the concrete foundation.
Abstract (de)
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den Wirkungsgrad einer mit ei- nem Kondensator verbundenen Niederdruck-Dampfturbine zu erhö- hen und deren Herstellungskosten zu reduzieren. Erfindungsgemäss wird das dadurch erreicht, dass die Trenn- ebene (8) von Ober- und Unterteil (6, 7) des Aussengehäuses (1) der Niederdruck-Dampfturbine in Höhe der Achse (9) des Turbinenrotors (4) liegt und das Betonfundament (14) bis zur Trennebene (8) reicht. Sowohl das Unterteil (7) des Aussen- gehäuses (1) als auch die Lagerstellen (10) des Turbinenro- tors (4) sind im Betonfundament (14) festgelegt. Das Aussen- gehäuse (1) ist rechtwinklig sowie horizontal zur Achse (9) des Turbinenrotors (4) zumindest einseitig offen ausgebildet. An jeder seitlichen Öffnung (17) des Aussengehäuses (1) ist ein Kondensator (16) angeschlossen. Das Oberteil (6) des Aus- sengehäuses (1) besteht aus einer Montagehaube (19) sowie je Kondensator (16) einem mit diesem und dem Unterteil (7) stoff- oder kraftschlüssig verbundenen Rahmenteil (20). Die Montagehaube (19) ist sowohl mit dem Unterteil (7) des Aus- sengehäuses (1) als auch mit jedem Rahmenteil (20) kraft- oder formschlüssig verbunden, wobei je ein Rahmenteil (20) zwischen einem Kondensator (16) und der Montagehaube (19) an- geordnet ist. <IMAGE>
