Abstract (en)
The fuel such as wood, wood waste, bark, bio waste, chipboard waste is conveyed by a feed grating (4) conveying the fuel continually through the various zones of a primary part of the combustion chamber. A secondary area above the primary part has extra air inlets (8). The outlet (9) to the combustion chamber (5) above the secondary area opens from underneath into a lower part of a post-combustion chamber (10) with a longitudinal axis sloping in relation to a horizontal plane, and an outlet (11) at the top end of the longitudinal axis. A fan unit (13) in the post-combustion chamber causes the combustion gases to flow in a rotary motion around the longitudinal axis of the chamber. The deposited particles on the wall of the chamber slip towards the outlet of the combustion chamber.

Durch einen besonders ausgestalteten Nachverbrennungsraum (10) werden extrem schadstoffarme Feuerungsabgase erreicht. In einem schräg über dem Feuerraum (5) liegendem Nachverbrennungsraum wird mittels eines Gebläses, dessen Flügel aus Kettengliedern bestehen, das Rauchgas in Rotation versetzt. Unverbranntes wird an die Wand gefördert und gleitet von dort wegen der Neigung der Wände zurück in den Feuerraum. <IMAGE>
