Abstract (en)

The underside of the housing (7) of the filler element (4) has a dispenser opening (10) for the duct (8) containing a liquid valve (13). In the filling phase, the duct fills the container (6) placed with its opening on the filler element. At the end of the filler phase the duct is re-closed as a result of a signal from a sensor (35) determining the filled level in the container. A return gas pipe (11) is at least partly enclosed by the dispenser opening. The functional element enclosed by the profiled pipe (11') is in the form of a gas pipe (17) open at its free end. The signal transmitter is a preferably inductive flowmeter in the liquid duct or on a passage (9) leading to the duct.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein füllrohrloses Füllelement für eine Füllmaschine zum Füllen von Behältern, insbes. Flaschen, mit einem flüssigen Füllgut. Füllelemente dieser Art sind in unterschiedlichsten Ausführungen bekannt, wobei bei den bekannten Füllelementen das zentrale, von dem Rückgasrohr bzw. von dem dieses Rückgasrohr bildenden Rohrprofil umschlossene Funktionselement der Signalgeber ist, und zwar in Form einer die Füllhöhe bestimmenden Sonde. Mit der Erfindung soll ein Füllelement geschaffen werden, mit dem ein Füllen von Behältern, insbesondere von Flaschen, mit einem flüssigen Füllgut unter verbesserten Bedingungen möglich ist. Zur Lösung ist ein Füllelement vorgesehen, bei dem das von dem Rohrprofil (11', 11b') umschlossene Funktionselement ein den Gasweg (17', 37) bildendes und an seinem freien Ende offenes Gasrohr (17, 17b) ist. <IMAGE>
