Abstract (en)
The control operates on the blower (3) supplying combustion air to the chamber (1) into which fuel is pumped (2) via a radial chamber (1') containing the glow plug (1"). Combustion products leaving the flue (9) heat the water which flows helically from the inlet (11) to the outlet (12) of a surrounding jacket (6). When the glow plug is switched on and before the fuel pump is started, the blower is driven at minimum power. After ignition the draught is built up during the delayed increase in pumping. The glow plug operates always at its full rating for a duration dependent upon the ambient temperature.

Während der Zündphase wird der Verdampfungsbrenner nur von einem minimalen Luftstrom durchsetzt, gleichzeitig wird ein Brennkammerbereich durch eine Glühkerze mit hoher Leistung erhitzt. Sodann wird die Brennstoffzufuhr mit sehr schwacher Förderleistung eingeschaltet, während gleichzeitig der Luftdurchsatz in der Brennkammer erhöht wird. Nach dem Zünden des Brennstoffes in der Brennkammer wird die Glühkerze ausgeschaltet, außerdem werden die Brennstoffzufuhr sowie der Luftdurchsatz bis auf die Werte für normalen Heizbetrieb erhöht. <IMAGE>
