[origin: EP0752561A1] The oven (3) is heated by electric tubular elements (6) and enclosed in an outer casing (1) together with a cooling fan (23) which expels air from the duct (25) downwards across the outer door (13). Air and vapour within the oven are circulated by a fan (8) mounted on the rear wall behind a screen (7) and driven by a motor (9). The constriction introduced by a deflector (31) creates a suction effect drawing vapour through a heat-resistant plastic tube (27) across the cavity (14) between the doors. The mouth (29) of the tube opens into the air duct below the deflector which is aerodynamically shaped to ensure vortex-free flow.
