The device winds bands onto a coiling drum with band insertion slot. The drum (7) contains a shaft (9), which rotates to a limited degree in circumferential direction, and is formed as a clamp sleeve (8). It has at least one clamping arch (10). The clamp sleeve is formed as a triangle with convex sides. It has a regulatable reversible drive. The insertion slot (3) in the drum has a clamp plate.

Eine Haspelvorrichtung (1) zum Auf- und Abwickeln von bandförmigem Material (2) auf eine bzw. von einer einen Einführschlitz (13) für den Bandanfang (3) aufweisenden Wickeltrommel (7) ermöglicht mit einfachen Mitteln eine Klemmung des Bandanfangs (3), wenn innerhalb der Wickeltrommel (7) eine als Klemmhülse (8) ausgebildete, in Umfangsrichtung bewegliche Welle (9) angeordnet und mit mindestens einer Klemmwölbung (10) versehen ist. <IMAGE>
