Abstract (en)
A screen type printer has a conveying unit (40) and a printing table (54). The conveying unit (40) conveys a sheet from a first position to a second position through a printing region of the table (54). The sheet is supplied from the first position, printed at the printing region and discharged from the second position. A frame (42) having a gripper (43) is movable between the first position and the printing table (54). The gripper (43) holds a front edge of the sheet when the frame (42) moves from the first position to the table (54), and releases the sheet when the frame reaches the table (54). <IMAGE>
