The hearing aid (1) has a housing (5) with a movable ear tube (2) fitting into the ear channel for supplying the sound waves provided by the electrodynamic sound transducer (10) to the inner ear. Pref. the ear tube is supported within the housing to allow its rotation about the main axis (HA) of the electrodynamic sound transducer, with the outside of the ear tube provided with ribs or projections for securing it in the ear, or enclosed by a sleeve which can be inflated to bring it into contact with the inside wall of the ear channel.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hörhilfe (1) mit einem elektrodynamischen Schallwandler (10). Solche Hörhilfen (1) wurden bislang auf otoplastischem Wege hergestellt. Aus der Anmeldung P 43 29 892.2 ist ein neuer Schallwandler (10) bekannt, bei dem das bis dahin geübte Bauprinzip zum Aufbau des Schallwandlers (10) verlassen worden ist. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Lösung zum praktischen Einsatz des Kantenschallwandlers in einer Hörhilfe (1) aufzuzeigen und die Herstellung einer Hörhilfe (1) zu vereinfachen. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe mit einer Hörhilfe (1) gelöst, bei der das Gehäuse (5) der Hörhilfe (1) einen bewegbar gelagerten Ohrtubus (2) aufweist, die dessen Innenraum (3) von dem elektrodynamischen Schallwandler (10) erzeugte Schallwellen übertragbar sind. Durch die Erfindung wird die Herstellung einer Hörhilfe (1) erheblich vereinfacht und die Kosten für die Herstellung werden dramatisch reduziert. <IMAGE>
