Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0755168A2] The hearing aid (1) has a housing (5) with a movable ear tube (2) fitting into the ear channel for supplying the sound waves provided by the electrodynamic sound transducer (10) to the inner ear. Pref. the ear tube is supported within the housing to allow its rotation about the main axis (HA) of the electrodynamic sound transducer, with the outside of the ear tube provided with ribs or projections for securing it in the ear, or enclosed by a sleeve which can be inflated to bring it into contact with the inside wall of the ear channel.
