[origin: EP0755784A2] The printing press comprises a conveyor (3) which conveys the sheets back via a return conveyor moving in the opposite direction, parallel and spaced apart from one another. The sheets being conveyed back for second form printing are returned by the same digital printing units (6) to the first conveyor. A turning arrangement (20) is positioned at the connection between the conveyor and return conveyor. The printing units are driven at a faster rate than the feeder (1). A proof sheet holder (15) is situated along the return conveyor.
