The front (4) and back (5) edge of the printing form (3) are contained in a duct (2) and rest, when tensioned, against the duct side surfaces (8,9). The duct contains a rotary cross-bar (12). The side wall (9) of the duct in the printing form cylinder (1) has a protuberance (11) tensioning one edge (5) of the printing form tangentially on the printing form cylinder, by means of a tensioning element (7) during the tensioning process. The duct side wall possessing the protuberance has a sloping part (10).

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Druckformen auf dem Umfang eines Druckformzylinders, bei dem die Druckformvorderkante und die Druckformhinterkante in einem Kanal aufgenommen sind und in dem gespannten Zustand der Druckform an den Seitenflächen des Kanals anliegen und im Kanal eine verdrehbare Traverse aufgenommen ist, an der ein Spannelement befestigt ist, welches auf eine der Kanten der Druckform einwirkt. An einer Seitenwand (9) des Kanals (2) des Druckformzylinders (1) ist ein Vorsprung (11) aufgeführt, durch welchen eine Druckformkante (5) während des Spannvorgangs mittels eines Spannelements (7) in tangentialer Richtung auf dem Druckformzylinder (1) gespannt wird. <IMAGE>
