Abstract (en)
The vehicle door has two or more hinges wherein one half (1) of each hinge is fixed permanently to the door and the other half (4) is fixed detachably on the car body door frame. Alignment means are formed by positive and negative guide faces (9) of which at least one of the interacting guide faces is formed by a removable secondary part (10) such as a material strip . The through bore for the screw bolt in the hinge half on the body side is oversized compared with the shaft diameter of the screw bolt. The guide faces are mounted on complementary areas of the door frame on one side and the hinge half on the other. The secondary part has a shape corresponding to the basic outline and contour of the projection and recess.

Um eine Fahrzeugtüre einerseits mit üblichen Mitteln an die Karosserie anmontieren, einstellen und anschließend beliebig oft erneut in ihrer justierten Lage fixieren und andererseits aber erforderlichenfalls auch in geänderter Position wieder in die Karosserie einzubauen zu können wird ein demontierbares Scharnier vorgeschlagen, bei welchem jeweils die eine Scharnierhälfte (1) jedes Scharnieres fest bzw. bleibend mit der Fahrzeugtür verbunden ist und die andere, karosserieseitige Scharnierhälfte (4) unmittelbar oder vermittels eines Befestigungselementes (5) und lösbar am Türrahmen (6) der Fahrzeugkarosserie befestigt ist und bei dem zur wiederholbaren gegenseitigen lagenrichtigen Ausrichtung vom Türrahmen bzw. Befestigungselement (5) und karosserieseitiger Scharnierhälfte (4) an beiden Teilen (5,6) wechselseitig formschlüssig ineinandergreifende, positive und negative Führungsflächen (9) bildende Ausrichtmittel vorgesehen sind, und bei dem wenigstens eine von zwei miteinander zusammenwirkenden Führungsflächen (9) durch ein lös-und abnehmbares Hilfsteil (10) gebildet ist. <IMAGE>
