[origin: EP0756919A1] The equipment is particularly for cardboard, having a pan area with strip-steel cutter and an adjustable die-plate with die on the top. The die-plate has a thin fixed bottom section (20) at the pan area, and a thin top one (21) supporting the die and having some free movement. The plate sections slide in relation to each other in the x- and y-directions by means of a guiding and driving member (26,27), and can be secured in the desired position by a locking member (28). All the guiding, driving and locking members are contained within the outlines of the plate sections.
